Accommodations
All rooms offer a queen size bed, private bath, cable TV, and VCR/DVD player. The Maxam Suite also includes a Jacuzzi tub. A 5 person hot tub is located outside, adjacent to the veranda. Guests may want to relax on the veranda or in the front porch swing with a good book from our library. Movie buffs can select from our video/DVD collection for viewing in their rooms. All guests are welcome to enjoy a breath of fresh air on the second floor balcony. Free wireless internet service is also available.

Breakfast	All guests may enjoy our 5 person outdoor hot tub

A Continental Plus breakfast is available each morning on a self-serve basis. The kitchen is stocked with milk, juices, water, coffee, hot tea, cocoa and fresh fruit. Guests are welcome to dine in the dining room or on the veranda.

Keeps us in mind for all your special occasions: Showers and Parties Weddings Pre-Nuptial Dinners Receptions The Parlor, Library, Dining Room, or Garden Veranda would make any special occasion memorable with space available for up to 60 people. Located directly across the street from Colvin Funeral Home, the Maxam House is ideally suited for out of town friends’ and family’s convenience during times of bereavement.
